Worked well in capturing photos, but does not recognise duplicates across sources so you have to download all photos, then restore to a single source and download again which is a bit of a faff. Also despite the sellers answer to one of the questions, it does NOT come with a usb c connection, it comes with a micro usb. If you have a phone or tablet with a usb c connection you need a usb a to usb c lead as well. A little disappointed that the seller gave the wrong information.

It does the job as stated found all my photos ,some I had forgotten about ,it is a slow process , During my first collection I got an on screen message that it required an update . Doesn’t seem to want to play back photos on my smart tv ,not sure if is enabled to do this ,so deleted 1nStar , Maybe someone who reads this can enlighten me .

It's expensive.However, to have a physical back-up to stored videos which previously were apt to disappear, it is a god idea.I don't know how many videos it will store, so subtracted a star.

Great product but takes ages to download especially if your have thousands of images

I backed up all by pictures, and it worked so well, it ordered a second one. So easy to use.It works very well, and so easy to use. I backed up all my pictures. I ordered a second one, with an even bigger storage memory!
