Q: Is the lilttle chair included?

The chair was not included in my package

Q: My bag came with a hard covered rectangle with 2 velcro straps. There's already a soft rectangle for a splitter. What the hard one for?

Likely for the bottom of the bag to give it a bit more support.

Q: Is there a warranty on the bag? After a few monthes the shoulder strap is becoming unattached at the top. 100% satisfaction guarantee?
