We received it on Thursday and cooked with it Friday. Our very old crock pot gave up the ghost, and this one stepped right in with some new features (including a timer) and did a great job. We're pleased. We even received it a day earlier than promised.

This is my second crock pot like this. I love it since it has the lid locking mechanism when I take it to potlucks. I actually ordered this one because the little rubber legs broke off my previous one. At potlucks, folks aren't always very careful about picking it up and placing it down. People have a tendency to pull it or push it which over time I think caused the legs to break.

Do not hesitate to purchase so easy to prepare a delicious meal.

This was my third Crock Pot crock pot in almost 40 years. The prior ones broke due to user error, I dropped the insert of one and the cover knob broke on the second also when it was dropped, sensing a theme here but I digress. Both lasted 15+ years. I had no qualms buying a 3rd given the history of durability. This one however has crapped out at 20 months. For the last month or so every time I used it on High Setting I found my food was not done in time for dinner causing me to have to scramble to make a new dinner plan. Finally I found a way to test the temp online and sure enough High was only getting up to Low after 8 hours. I don't expect appliances to last forever but I do expect them to last more than a few months. This is the last Crock Pot brand I will be buying. ☹️☹️☹️

Have used crock pot twice .Love it but after using second time & washing it, this is result. Have cleaned it but when it dries, it looks like this!

Very nice crockpot for the money

I really like this slow cooker. It's easy to use, not too heavy. I love that it switches to keep warm afterthe set time is up. I am glad I purchased this slow cooker.

This crockpot is my new kitchen staple. I wanted one that would fit a huge roast, and that had a timer. The only thing that I think would make it better would be if it had the ability to program how many hours on high, then flip to how many hours on low, and THEN flip to warm until ready to serve.
