Really pleased with this so far, it filters quickly and the water definitely tastes better than when straight from my tap. My kettle appears to have less limescale too when using the filtered water. It's quite large so don't expect it to fit in your fridge door or even on the shelf without rearranging the shelves and when it's full, it's fairly heavy for the elderly or children. The water pours nicely without spilling or dripping, and is easy to clean and maintain. For the price, it's a great water filter pitcher, I've haven't officially tested the water but if it does what it claims to do, then I'm super happy with it!

Great jug, filters much much faster than previous ones i have used that took hours filtering drip by drip. Filter also leaves the water tasting nice fresh, others I’ve tried give the water a nasty chemical taste!

Cartridges are quite expensive but I live in a hard water area with known sewage issues so this is worth it. Its a good size, easy to clean with good quality filters and good functionality.

Week one of this pitcher and I’m loving it. Water filter easy to prep and install. Water tastes good . Very pleased I tried it having always had the other brand , this is a strong unit ,visually pleasing and for a 1-2 person household the perfect size.

The UK water tastes a lot better after using this.

This water jug is great! It has a 3.5 litre capacity and just feels like quality. No flashing lights unless you hit a button.The only downside is that when filling the jug from the tap water goes everywhere as it self seals however because it has great capacity I fill it using a jungles and depress the opening with a finger.Still think it’s great though!

Excellent quality for the price. And it does improve the taste of tap water. Does not fit into a refrigerator door.
