Three stars only for the customer service, however like all the pictures show, the hook breaks off pretty much from day one. Customer service contacted me right away and asked if I would like a replacement. I said yes and got the new replacement but there seems to be a fatal design flaw. I was very careful with the replacement. When you try to rotate the hook to hang it off the table, the trunk is in the way and you’re not able to actually get the hook out to make it usable as a purse holder. It is a very cute elephant though.Edit: I was able to carefully force the hook past the trunk and it isworking. I don’t trust that I can continuously open and close it without it breaking but That is ok as I wasn’t planning on having it be portable

This little gray elephant is one of most cutest and sparkly little things I have ever seen! My reason for the four stars is it was delivered broken. If I did not know how to fix it, I would have sent it back and given a one star review no matter how cute it is. If you happen to receive one and the hook does not clasp, squeeze the curved part together on both sides and keep trying it in the closure until it catches or fastens securely. A couple of friends fell in love with it too so I ordered two more. One more comment, it takes well over a month to arrive as it coming from China.

Super cute, but won't open. I got a defective elephant. I've opened plenty of purse holders (got several for my bridesmaids) and bought this one for myself because my husband loves elephants. This refuses to open, many people have tried and failed.

Recently received this item and it was already broken! The handle part was attached by the magnet but the part that was supposed to be attached by the face was broken upon opening the package. Really disappointed especially after having waited so long for it to arrive

Zero star! This broke the second I opened it. It is made with inferior materials, which I assumed for the price, but I thought I'd be able to use it a few times before it broke. The seller immediately sent me a replacement, which also broke when I opened it. Don't waste your time purchasing g this.

Super cute and very functional. When not in use, it clips around the handle of my handbag. Took a few tries to figure out how to open and close it. Holds my purse with out wobbling, and it's not exactly light. It also supports the thick handles of my doctor's bag style purse.

Wife loved it. Hold purse. Has non slip back.

Con: it did not last long :-(

Super cute, although I wish they had applied a better sealent on the glitter portions. It arrived months and months later.
