Super easy to set up and use!
This is a great product for the money spent, I wish I had bought it years ago! I have been hit too many times by careless drivers and this item has been fantastic for my neck and back pain. It was super easy to set up and you can literally place your monitors any where/way you like with some maneuvering. I especially love that I can flip my monitor around to show others what I am looking at without them having to get up and come around behind me. Great product and the price is right too! Awesome value!

Good quality
I really like this. The quality of the product is pretty good for the price, it’s also very stable for gaming (doesn’t shake too much when hitting the keyboard repeatedly), and has a lot of flexibility for both screens in different positions

Excellent customer service
I ordered this arm to hold up my two 27" monitors, unfortunately due to an indentation on one of the monitors, the plate on the arm could not sit flush on the monitor, which made the screws too short. After reaching out to VIVO Support they were quick to acknowledge the issue and offer a solution. The arm itself seems quite good for the price.
