Got these binoculars for my 6 yr old who enjoys exploring the outdoors. They are just the right size and the color is very vibrant. She is very happy with them! The viewing side has a soft rubber like material that makes looking into the binoculars comfortable. The dial for zooming is smooth to turn. The carrying case has a attachment that may be looped into a belt. Very good for young explores.

Got them for our grand-daughter so she can watch birds and other critters in the woods surrounding our house.She even spotted a bob cat one morning! Great product for kids with a good price. Very light and durable. She loved that the binoculars were pink! With home schooling the binoculars add to our science projects.

Construction, kid-friendly size and weight, and optical performance (for each eye separately) is surprisingly good for the price.Binocs are like two little telescopes fastened together and lined up so that both eyes look at exactly the same thing at the same time. My only gripe is that the view of one eye doesn't quite line up with the other, a situation that can lead to eyestrain when binocs are used for much more than a quick look. An alignment problem is common in inexpensive binoculars (and in any that have been knocked around), but usually the "tubes" keep the same (defective) orientation as the interpupilary distance is changed. That's not the case with the pair I recieved. It's possible be that for kids' eyes, spaced more closely than mine, the tubes are aligned better, but trying to communicate about that with a little kid user isn't easy. I think kids will be happy with these binocs because they aren't likely to be studying things with them for long periods of time. Finally, what's "thickness" got to do with it?

I got it for a 2 year old, knowing she was young for it. But it is in the toy pile and the 3 1/2 year old loves it too. So far, it can take being toted all over the place, which includes bumps and bangs. A nice item.

Got these for my 6 year old grandson. Perfect for his age. Great quality! Easy to hold on, just perfect for those little hands. Definitely a must buy!

Easy for kids to use to look for wildlife

The binoculars seem nice and sturdy for kids and easy to focus. However, my daughter’s eyes have become itchy, swollen, and red each time she tried to use them. If your child has sensitive skin or known allergies, use with caution. It was very easy to process the refund though so I have no regrets for trying them.

These were a gift for my 8yr old grandson and he loves them. Has used them to watch the full thunder moon and could observe it very well. I would recommend them.
