(2 Pound) Activated Charcoal Powder, Teeth Whitening Charcoal Powder Food Grade

I took about a tablespoon of this product in a glass of water like 2 times a week to start off and felt like it cleansed me. I will continue using it every so often like maybe once or twice a month in the future.The powder is very fine, so if you are going to use it the same way, be careful to immerse the teaspoonful or tablespoon completely into the water. It will leave a residue in the bottom but simply put some more water in it and drink it. Don't use plastic containers to drink because it will leave a residue and will have to be scrubbed.Also, drink plenty of water throughout the day for a better effect. Brush your teeth as you would any other time, to take the residue off your mouth for cleaner whiter teeth as well. Your stools will be black due to the charcoal, so don't be alarmed. they will turn to normal after they have gone throughout your system. As usual, always consult with your doctor if you have any concerns.

I use this every evening since I received it and my teeth feel so clean. The dentist ask what I was using and was surprised as there was no plaque on my teeth.

I was attempting to make a charcoal filter for jar liquor. Powder is way way way to fine. Just made MUD.NOT the products fault, I just made an incorrect ASUMPTION

Came as advertised. Using for a sting kit I put together. The charcoal helps draw out sting and deter further swelling.

Use this charcoal with coconut oil to make toothpaste. Works well. Will eventually find more uses.

Under normal conditions I might not have noticed, but having a leaky gut I experienced several small pieces of charcoal emerge out of my inner thigh two days after drinking a couple of spoonfuls mixed with water. I have drank charcoal and water many times in the past couple of years, but that was a first. I can't say the product was the issue here, but I sure won't be using this for cleansing inner toxins again.Plan B: See if it works as part of a DIY water filtration.
