I bought this camera for my niece. She just turned 4, and behaves like a little princess. She loves taking selfies and taking pictures of everything she sees. However, she is way to clumsy to handle a real camera. Therefore, I thought that this camera would be a good alternative for her. I think that this camera is designed for kids. It looks like it is made for her. it is pink and has a princess crown on it. The camera itself does not take high quality pictures as you would expect from a real camera, but for her as a kid, it is more about taking the pictures, then printing them. So the quality is more than enough. The camera has an English language option and is easy to operate. There is a simple menu option, allowing the kids to film or to take pictures. Slso colors can be changed etc. The cool thing about this camera is that it can take pictures with a specific frame or background on it. it also has a variety of hats. In addition, there is a selfie function. There is an additional camera in the back that can be used to take selfies. Charging the camera takes some time, but the battery last at leas a couple of hours. A good present for my niece.

I bought this for my daughter as a gift, but I wanted to try it out before she opens it so I could answer all of her questions about it without having to take it from her to figure it out, so she can enjoy it right away. I plugged in the included charger and powered it right on. This is a bargain! It’s simple, but has enough settings that she won’t be bored and will actually have to learn how to use it. She’s 7 and I think it’s perfect for her age.That being said, do not expect the pictures to be amazing quality. I didn’t have high expectations because I wanted something sturdy, that I wouldn’t have to worry about getting dropped, and would teach her a bit about photography. The pictures themselves aren’t anything special, but better than a lot of kids cameras. But if you’re wanting good quality photos, this isn’t the camera for you.All in all, I’d say this was well worth the price, and can’t wait to give her this gift!

There's s a lot I like about this camera. I love that it comes with a rechargeable lithium battery, that it has 8 pixels, comes with a 16 GB memory card, and has lots of cool extras like a touch screen & a whole bunch of funny frames to apply to your pictures!! It's really a great little camera, priced very reasonably. However, the directions are totally written in Chinese and that is not good. Fortunately, I was able to go back to some of the reviews and figure out how to set it up. Most of the touch screen picture taking is easy to figure out, but if you're giving this to a young child, such as I am, initially you're going to have to play with it a bit to help them understand how to use it. It's for that reason, I gave it 4 stars. But like I said, for a Children's camera, it sure has a lot of great features!!

We purchased two of these cameras, pink and blue, for our twin daughters' 10th birthday. Fantastic gift! They absolutely love them. Ideal for family who does not want their children to have a mobile phone yet or have access to video games. Great for vacations, hiking, nature walks, zoo, etc.Pros: Large screen, touch screen, takes video, selfie camera, lots of storage space with included 32 GB card, easy instructions and controls, no games, no batteries to replace, lanyard.Cons: No mute button, sound quality in playback quiet, several special effects do not work, childish looking, need to recharge often (get USB wall charger plug for your child to have in their room).Recommended Extras: AUPET Camera Case and USB wall charger plug.

I bought this for my 4 year old on her birthday. I originally bought one of a different brand and ended up returning it. It was not easily accessible for a 4 year old. This one, however, is! The fact that it is touchscreen is agame changer!! She played with it for about 15 minutes and already knew which buttons did what. She even learned how to add stickers and frames to pictures which I didn’t even know the camera had! Another great feature is that it’s practically indestructible. My girl is clumsy and this camera has taken many falls but it is still functioning great :) We even left it outside on the playscape for about a week (she thought she lost it). When we found it, I thought for sure it’d be ruined due to weather. But all it had was a dead battery, charged that bad boy up and it was good to go!!All in all this is a great child’s camera and we are highly satisfied.

The lanyard needs to be better quality, easier to attach and have the ability to adjust in length more. It can be dangerous around a child’s neck and damage camera or hit another person since kids like to run around taking photos keeping it on their neck, of course this has to be monitored by parents but having the chord expandable/adjustable with the ability to lengthen and shorten it would help keep the camera itself and children more safe. Also, better instructions would help. It is touch screen and can take some time to figure out all your options and how they all work but more importantly teaching it to your child can be challenging. All in all, very nice and kids love it. Ours came preset with country, language, etc so we did not have to set any of that, which I was happy about. It came already charged also, so we were able to wrap it up as a gift (after I checked these two things) and it was opened and used immediately. That’s a plus! The picture quality and overall usage and quality is really good although I have not printed any out and again, there is a learning curve on using it, as in most electronics there are frustrations, things that could be better and learning curves (which many times the kids figure out faster than adults). Overall, it’s very nice, comes with charger so no need for batteries (this may be a plus or minus for others), and comes with memory card already installed and again, It would be nice to have the lanyard made out of different material (as mentioned the stretchy one bounces/stretches/slings around too much) adjustable and pre-attached.

The camera works fine but the audio is terrible. Can hardly hear a thing in the videos !

Bought this for my 5 year olds birthday. Really dissapointed, hard to use menu, camera keeps freezing and is unresponsive, battery doesnt last long....she has given up and is disinterested already. I think i will return it considering what we paid.

This camera would not hold its charge and was a very disappointing Christmas gift for our 7year old granddaughter.
