It's fast and good.....
My wife makes Philippine egg rolls and she just loves this shredder machine. It's fast and good....NO finger cutting or nails cutting....So Far, So Good... !!

It Works!
my original unit purchased from a TV shopping channel, never worked, I decided to try this unit and its so much better. The handles stays on and I was able to shred a block of colby cheese without any issues. I am so pleased with this unit. I was surprised how quickly it arrived

Much better than hand helds
It is much easier and much faster than hand held graters/slicers.The only thing I wish was different was that it had a slicing blade for a thicker slice.
