Love it! I use it at home to support my head during certain exercises and to support my lower back for others. It's well made and should last me for years to come.

I use these ab mats to do handstand pushups. They are just the right support and very affordable. I have searched high and low and could not find affordable Ab mats that could provide the support I would need to practice my handstands pushups and headstand. I came across these while browsing on Amazon and I took a chance. It was just what I needed and I ended up purchasing two of them. Although I do not plan to use it for that purpose I did try doing sit-ups using the ab mat. It provided a good cushion for my back and helped put less strain on it. All in all, it is a great product. A professional gym quality product.

Good item. It has a foam odor so be aware if you are sensitive. I use it for doing bicycle ab exercises, for yoga inversion support and to just lay on to relax my back. I had very good luck with the foam roller from Prosource so I decided to try this out. The odor and heat from the foam would normally warrant a return but this provides very good support and I think many of you will like it. Just for the back support it is worth owning. Just throw a towel on it if it gets too hot.

Haven't put this to good use yet, but I'm certain it'll make ab training more comfortable and help with balance during some workouts.

I used this brand for sit-ups at my gym and liked the support. I bought this for home use, but I find it is too thick and stiff to be comfortable under my lumbar spine. It has become a headrest while I do ab workout.

I never knew about an ab mat until I started doing Crossfit. My first day in there the WOD had us using ab mats and the trainer asked if I had used one and explained it to me. They also suggested I modify the reps because of using it for the first time.I ignored this because I'm an athlete at heart......I should have listened haha.This product is great because it extends the range of motion to use your abdominal muscles to engage more with every sit up. For those who say this is to big, if you adjust your body to it by sliding it under your butt more to get the curve in your lower back. You should be good to go!This mat did exactly as I hoped, feels durable, and does the job. Highly recommend.
