Good solo game
This is a relaxing solo game. I loved to play it while drinking my morning coffee and listening to jazz on the Alexa. The doodle steam punk theme makes this an attractive set. The cards and tiles have easy to learn iconography. There are some concerns. I won the game on the first go. There were 3 cards left. It may be too easy, or the rules may have been misapplied. It would have been a helpful to have an explanation of the card anatomy. All in all though, this game has an appealing price point of less than $20. The components and the box are sturdy. This is on Zee Garcia’s top 100 games of all time. It’s a game for nearly all ages.

Get ready to roll dice!
As happens to some of us, I have become a bit obsessed with this solo game. The artwork is quirky and fun. And the various expansions are each nice challenges. I have also played the two-player option but prefer solo with this game. Thumbs up on this one!

Fun and relaxing as a solo game
I have only played this solo so far and it’s a nice little solitaire game, one of my favorites of the oniverse games for solo play.

Love this series!
Great game, interesting like the rest in the series, not easy (lol), great way to spend some alone time.

impossible to win this game
The reason I give this game 2 stars because it is almost impossible to win. In order to win this game you would need lot of luck rolling the 6 dice to get the right combination on every turn. It is not for me. I like game with more strategy and less depending on luck with rolling dice. The game itself is really nice. Instruction is very easy to understand.

The latest in the omniverse series
It's been a while since the previous game in the series, Nautillion appeared. Like Nautillion Aerion is a dice driven game. You are responsible for building a fleet of airships. Each one needs a blueprint, crew, and components to complete. You get these by rolling dice and trying to match the requirements of one of six cards laid out on your table. This is essentially poker dice. Cards require two pairs, three of a kind, full house etc in order for you to be able to utilise them. You roll dice see what you've got, see what you require and can discard a card to reroll as many dice as you choose. You continue the cycle of discarding and rerolling until you either get what you want or run out of cards to discard. If your able to build all the ships before the end of the final round you win.The base game really is very simple. Things get slightly more complicated with the expansions. Six are included in the game with in my opinion the stonecloud expansion being the most interesting. In this expansion you have to as well as building the airships destroy a series of clouds by accumulating points.Aerion is quite a simple game. Compared to onirim and castellion in particular its on the light side. But it is still a fun and enjoyable.Components as you might expect from an omniverse game are fantastic quality. Even opening the box is an event. The artwork is odd even by omniverse standards. At first I wasn't keen. But the lighter more colourful style soon grew on me.This is another strong entry in the series. A great addition for collectors and a really good introductory game for anyone new to the series. Recommended.

Great game
Great game, took me a while to get my head around the rules but once I did it been lots of fun. The expansions bring a lot of variety to the base game as well.Comes in a really small box so it's perfect to travel with as well.Haven't played it two player yet but solo mode is great.

Great game
Had so much play out of this game since I bought it a couple of months ago. Great as both a solo or doubles game. Great twists on solitaire games and each of the expansions that come in the box really add a totally different mechanic and force you to think how to try to win.

Great game
Great game, and so many expansions to add in to give it a new twist. We haven’t worked through all the expansions yet, each one adds a new dimension to the game. It’s our go too game at present, had it 7 months now and still enjoy it. Certainly recommend it.
