MBRPT5106BLK 3.5" O.D. Dual Wall Angled Exhaust Tip (Black Coated)

Now back to having a full dual exhaust exiting out the back of the truck, I wanted to add tips that the installer did not have in stock (all chrome) so I looked and found these MBRP tips. The tips themselves are great. Well made, clamp on if I change my mind, nice dual wall construction. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because at a cost of $40 each they're only packaged loose in a cardboard box so they of course got bounced around in shipping and were slightly scuffed when I received them. For the cost, I think a little paper packing or bubble wrap is in order. I recommend this product.

The actual tip for sale does not match the picture. The finish is actually a rough black texture that attracts dirt a lot more than smooth finish like shown in the picture. The tip also has a large "MBRP" stamped in both sides of the tip which looks pretty cheesy. The reason I wanted black was to be stealthy, not have a big embossed logo on it. The picture does not show this embossing.The only reason it got 3 stars instead of 2 is because the one I bought was heavily discounted as used in "new" condition. It was in fact perfectly new and for less than 1/3 the normal price with free shipping. Score!

i have these on my truck less than a year and they are already rusting. I read the description again it was said it was Stainless Steel and was coated with a black paint and was double wall thick which should also prevent rusting for a long time.i am not happy to say the least, i have stainless steel side bars on my truck for 2 years not a single spec of rust. These exhaust tips are suppose to stainless steel yet they are rusting after less than year of rain and two small snow storms, not like its a harsh climate where i leave. i wont be purchasing anything mbrp again as they clearly aren't stainless steel.

Nice sound came in nicely packaged overall good product would recommend the only thing is it isn't the same as the picture it not glossy it's flat black with mbrp stamped on each side

Put these on my Mustang GT and it looks great! It's a looker! Not once have I ever seen anyone with these tips or this style for that matter, especially on a mustang. Shipping went well, nicely packed, good quality. :)

love these exhaust tips, not a big fan of chrome so these were perfect for my application

It looked great, but didn’t fit my application. Sent it back for a refund. Over priced in my opinion. I bought another brand just as thick for half the price.
